Assignment

Students wishing to complete the Certificate in Research Skills for Practice, must complete assignments for six of the certification classes you attend. The "Transactional Law Research" assignment is due no later than two weeks after the workshop.

Please email the completed assignment to mpopielarski@law.du.edu.  Remember to place your name on the submitted assignment.

 

Introduction to Transactional Law Research

Transactional law represents a significant job responsibility for many practicing attorneys.  Researching and drafting documents represents a key skill in the profession.  Since transactional work plays such an important role in legal practice, a wide variety of subject and jurisdictional resources exist to aid the attorney.
