Certification Class: Keeping Current with the Law

Students wishing to complete the Certificate in Research Skills for Practice, must complete assignments for six of the certification classes you attend. The "Keeping Current with the Law" assignment is due no later than two weeks after the workshop.

Introduction to Transactional Law Research

The successful practice of law necessitates that attorneys keep their knowledge current to effectively represent their clients and avoid malpractice.  This workshop introduces students to several resources used by practicing attorneys to stay on top of emerging legal developments.
